From Isolation to Inclusion
Welcome to Ember and Blossom CIC where warmth, community and connection bloom. A space born from the belief that human connection is the most powerful
medicine we have.
In today’s digitally saturated world, where loneliness and disconnection are rising epidemics, we exist to rebuild what many have lost, a real sense of belonging. We
aim to create moments that matter, in person, heart led and deeply rooted in community.
We are a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), which means every penny we raise is reinvested directly into the community. We are legally bound to serve the public good, we exist solely to create lasting, meaningful social impact.
Being a CIC gives us the freedom to be heart-led, community-focused, and sustainable. It allows us to partner with funders, local services, and volunteers who share our mission: to tackle loneliness, empower individuals, and strengthen community bonds.
From a community Christmas dinner, hosting over 150 people each year, we witnessed first-hand the positive impact of human connection. The ripple effect that has on the community is magnificent from just one event people make connections that last a life time. The connections made can literally save lives, and make life worth living again. We intend to cut through the digital world we are in and make a new one where people are comfortable in talking again face to face, and share crucial life skills and experiences. This isn’t just a project, it’s a movement toward reconnection.
